POST 9—“YOU DON'T NEED LASHES"—YES, YOU DO.

I couldn’t get in for my fill before the conference—my lash stylist and I just couldn’t align our schedules. So, I packed my bags and decided to tough it out without extensions.

Big mistake.

By halfway through the first day, I returned to my hotel room and caught a glimpse in the mirror: mascara smudged around my eyes, eyeshadow creased, and the overall look? Tired. Messy. Unpolished.

So the next time someone says, “You don’t need lashes,”—
Go as you are.

Then halfway through the day, take a long, hard look in the mirror like I did.
And let this picture be your warning: Mascara. Roadkill.

Lesson learned: lash extensions aren’t just luxury—they’re strategic.

• They hold up through long days, long flights, and long panels.
• They help you show up fresh—even when you're exhausted.
• And most importantly, they don’t betray you by lunchtime.

I’ll never travel lash-less again!
