AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“Partner”) and Aficionado Artisan Maestría LLC, operating as Lash Intensive®: Bespoke Lash Education™, including the following educational programs:

• Part 1: Lash Foundations Intensive™
• Part 2: Lash Preclinical Intensive™
• Part 3: Lash Troubleshooting Intensive™
• Part 4: Lash Business Intensive™
• Part 5: Lash Clinical Intensive™
• Part 6: Lash Launch Intensive™

By registering as an affiliate or participating in any aspect of the Lash Intensive® Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all incorporated policies, including the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Earnings Disclaimer, and Code of Conduct.

 

1. PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 MARKETING ACTIVITIES

• You are responsible for your own marketing costs.
• You agree to comply with all applicable marketing, advertising, and email laws.
• You may not:
• Send unsolicited emails or messages
• Represent yourself as Lash Intensive® or imply endorsement
• Use unethical or deceptive marketing tactics
• Use Lash Intensive® branding in misleading or altered ways
• Make false or exaggerated claims
• Promote on illegal, explicit, or discriminatory platforms

1.2 FTC COMPLIANCE

• You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship on all marketing materials, including:
• Social media posts
• Emails
• Videos
• Websites
• Your disclosure must be clear, prominent, and compliant with FTC regulations.

1.3 PROHIBITED CHANNELS

You may not:

• Promote Lash Intensive® on coupon or cashback sites
• Use paid ads with Lash Intensive® branded keywords
• Use bots, cookie stuffing, or deceptive redirects
• Share affiliate links in hidden or misleading ways

1.4 ACCOUNT & ELIGIBILITY

To qualify as an affiliate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Maintain an active Lash Intensive® student or customer account
• Maintain a valid PayPal account for payment
• Provide accurate and updated account and tax information
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential

If the Partner is a business entity, the individual accepting this agreement personally guarantees full compliance and liability.

 

2. REFERRAL FEES

2.1 TIERED COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Lash Intensive® offers a performance-based, tiered affiliate commission model:

Tier	Monthly Enrollments	Commission Rate
Tier 1	1–3 confirmed enrollments	5% per sale (e.g., $350 on $7,000)
Tier 2	4–6 confirmed enrollments	8% per sale (e.g., $560 on $7,000)
Tier 3	7+ confirmed enrollments	10% per sale (e.g., $700 on $7,000)

 

• Tiers reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
• Once a tier is reached, all commissions for that month are retroactively adjusted to the higher rate.
• Enrollments must be paid in full or have reached a minimum qualifying installment to count.
• Payouts are issued on the 15th of the following month for qualified and non-refunded sales.

2.2 NO SELF-REFERRALS OR MANIPULATION

You may not:

• Use your own affiliate link to make purchases
• Refer fake accounts or multiple identities
• Use cash rebates, contests, or incentives to boost affiliate conversions

Violations will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

 

3. TERMINATION

3.1 GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION

Lash Intensive® may terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without cause. Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal from the program
• Forfeiture of unpaid earnings
• Legal enforcement

3.2 EFFECTS OF TERMINATION

Upon termination, you must:

• Remove all affiliate links and marketing materials
• Cease all Lash Intensive® promotions immediately

 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 USAGE RIGHTS

• You may only use Lash Intensive® brand assets while you are an approved affiliate.
• You may not alter, resell, or distribute Lash Intensive® content.

4.2 TRADEMARK RULES

• Do not use Lash Intensive® trademarks or course names in domains, business names, or paid search ads.
• All brand assets remain the exclusive property of Aficionado Artisan Maestría LLC.

4.3 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

• Violation of IP or brand usage policies may result in liquidated damages up to $5,000 per violation, in addition to legal action.

 

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

• You must treat all non-public information as confidential.
• Lash Intensive® may audit affiliate marketing materials and activity at any time.
• Retain copies of promotional content for at least 12 months.

 

6. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

• Lash Intensive® makes no guarantees of income, licensing success, or client outcomes.
• The program is provided “as-is.”
• You are responsible for any taxes and legal compliance related to your earnings.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Scottsdale, Arizona.

 

8. MODIFICATIONS

Lash Intensive® may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

 

9. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to make false, misleading, or negative statements about:

• Lash Intensive®
• Its instructors, clients, students, or affiliate partners
